  • Belarus' Council of Ministers issued a resolution in late December setting minimum retail sales quotas for a wide range of domestically made products, according to the sources. Quotas apply to leather and leathergoods, but the quota amounts are unknown. An official from Belarus' Trade Ministry said that the quotas have been established to ensure that consumers have access to domestically produced goods.
